The controller of your personal data on this site is Miosen Mühendislik Teknoloji Danışmanlık Limited Şirketi. Your data is processed under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where they apply, the GDPR and UK data protection law.
We collect electronically: through the demo and contact form, your name, work email, organisation, country, field, topic, message and optional phone number; through email correspondence, your name, email address and the content of the correspondence; if you consent to updates, your email address and the date and manner of consent; and for site security, your IP address, time of visit, page requested and browser information. If required form fields are left empty, we cannot respond to your request. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
This data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest to respond to your request, arrange demos and keep the site secure (KVKK Art. 5/2(f); GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), and on the basis of KVKK Art. 5/2(ç) to meet our legal obligations. Product and event updates are sent only with your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1; Law No. 6563 Art. 6; GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)); you can withdraw consent through the link in any email or by writing to privacy@nustelis.com .
The site is hosted in data centres in Istanbul by our hosting provider, which is established in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus; the same provider supplies our email and backup services. Data is shared with competent authorities where the law requires.
Requests and correspondence are kept for 2 years from the last correspondence, or for the statutory retention period if they lead to a contract; consent records are kept for 3 years after consent is withdrawn. Our hosting provider keeps the site’s access logs for 1 year as required by Turkish Law No. 5651.
Under KVKK Art. 11, the GDPR and UK law you have the right to information, access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability and withdrawal of consent. You can send your request in writing to our company address, or from the email address you have given us, to privacy@nustelis.com ; we respond free of charge within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

These terms govern the use of nustelis.com; use of the Nustelis platform is governed by the customer agreement. Attempting unauthorised access, uploading malicious code and sending automated requests that disrupt the site are prohibited. Information on the site is provided for general information only and does not constitute advice. Rights in the Nustelis name, mark and site content belong to Miosen and may not be reproduced without permission.
Uninterrupted access and error-free content are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on information on the site; liability for intent and gross negligence and consumers’ statutory rights are unaffected. These terms are governed by Turkish law; the courts and enforcement offices of Manisa have jurisdiction over disputes between businesses. If the Turkish and English versions differ, the Turkish version prevails for persons resident in Türkiye and the English version for everyone else.
